Shipping Policy
Shipping
We make every effort to ship orders received by 12:00 pm (EST) Monday - Friday on
the same day from our Central Florida warehouse. However, delays may be encountered
due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by you or your payment provider.
These delays are not the responsibility of Genesis Hobby.
Shipping Service
Our standard shipping utilizes either a parcel delivery service like UPS or FedEx
or via US Mail. However, shipments via US Mail do not provide tracking for your
merchandise unless an extra fee is paid for Delivery Confirmation, or Express service.
Parcel Delivery Service
Parcel delivery is usually via UPS or FedEx, Ground Service. Next Day, 2nd Day,
and 3rd Day Service is available for an additional fee.
US Mail
Orders that do not meet the restrictions for US Mail delivery will be shipped by
standard ground and charged accordingly without notification. US Mail shipping does
not guarantee time in transit, or provide tracking (except as noted above). Furthermore,
per postal regulation, lost shipments are not available for investigation before
30 days. Orders shipped via US Mail are at the consumer's risk.
Delivery Guarantee
The US Mail does not guarantee time in transit. Parcel delivery services guarantee
time in transit for air shipment. However, carriers are closed for National holidays
and not held responsible for delays due to strike, weather conditions, or natural
disasters. Your email order acknowledgement includes a tracking number for UPS and
FedEx shipments, as well as an optional Delivery Confirmation number via the US
Mail. However, accurate tracking is not usually available until 1 business day before

Oversize Fees
Items which are considered "oversize" are noted on the website. Oversize fees range
from $8.50 to $17.00. Exact charge will be noted at checkout. Oversize packages
cannot ship Overnight or Saturday Delivery. Oversize packages cannot be combined
with other packages, therefore an additional shipping charge will be incurred for
additional items on your order.
International Orders
Genesis Hobby guarantees shipping only to the United States and Canada. For shipping
status of other countries, please send inquiries to
http://genesishobby.com/contact.htm. However, there are cases when we are
unable to ship outside the U.S. and Canada.
Missing or Damaged Shipments
It is your responsibility to reconcile the number of boxes shipped with the number
of boxes received. On occasion carriers may deliver boxes separately. Please note
that ground and air shipments are often assigned to separate trucks and may arrive
at different times of the day.
Proposition 65
Products delivered to California residents may have a Prop 65 label. For more information
